Music & Voice Classes

Payment Policy

• ALL TUITION AND FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Full tuition is due on the first of every month regardless of attendance and/or holidays.
• Tuition for 2011-12 is divided into equal monthly payments.
• Payments do not vary due to holidays or the number of weeks in a month.
• A 15.00 per week late fee will be charged after the 7th of the month.
• A student's absence from class does NOT waive the late fee.
• Tropical storm, hurricane or other inclement weather cancellations will not be refunded or pro-rated.
• You will have the option of coming to a make-up class.
• Holidays do not count as missed classes and will not be made up.
• A $35.00 returned check fee will be charged for all returned checks.
• Teachers do not get paid until you pay your tuition. If tuition has not been paid by the 7th, teacher has the right to cancel lessons until tuition has been paid in full.

Studio & Class Policy

• Student is responsible for purchasing all needed materials and bringing them to EVERY lesson as instructed by the teacher.
• Please be on time for lessons and on time to pick up student from lessons.
• It is the parent’s responsibility to implement a practicing schedule for the student.
• Student is expected to practice EVERY DAY, 15 min for beginners and 30 min for intermediate/advance students.
• Student must exhibit a Christ like attitude toward other students, faculty & staff.

Cancellation Policy

• Music teachers have the right to withdraw students from recital if students miss 3 or more lessons. Recital fees will not be reimbursed.
• Student is allowed 1 make up lesson per semester, only if student gives 2 days notice prior to lesson time. All lessons missed after the allowed makeup lesson will be forfeited and will not be made up or prorated.
• Student must give a 30 day notice should the student need to cancel lessons permanently. No tuition or fees will be refunded.

Recital Information

• Students who participate in recitals should have their musical pieces memorized.
• Students are expected to arrive at each recital 20 minutes early.
• Students leaving early from recitals are not permitted.
